Descrizione
L’IIS G. Carducci di Cassino ha ricevuto in giugno 2025 l’approvazione ed il finanziamento del progetto Erasmus+ “Nuove competenze e nuovi linguaggi” del Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza (PNRR), finanziato dall’Unione europea – NextGenerationEU (PNRR_2023-1-IT02-KA122-SCH-000144428).
Un progetto strutturato sui seguenti obiettivi:
1. Promuovere il bilinguismo migliorando i risultati in inglese;
2. Implementare le competenze di analisi e sintesi;
3. Potenziare le competenze digitali di insegnanti e alunni (TIC) e implementare la didattica di tipo laboratoriale per completare le azioni del PNRR, scuola 4.0.
Obiettivi per una didattica sempre più inclusiva che favorisca la coesione sociale e la ricaduta sul territorio attraverso l’inclusione di soggetti svantaggiati (disabili, DSA e BES) e l’educazione civica.
Il progetto è stato pensato e realizzato tenendo in considerazione i principi fondamentali del NextGenerationEU:
- Uguaglianza di genere
- Valorizzazione dei giovani
- Riduzione delle disparità territoriali.
Il finanziamento PNRR potenzierà strategicamente il programma Erasmus+ del nostro Istituto attraverso:
Modernizzazione:
- Adozione piattaforme gestionali Erasmus+ e PNRR
- Formazione docenti su progettazione KA120-KA122
- Ampliamento Team strutturato Erasmus+.
Internazionalizzazione:
- Avvio progettazione etwinning
- 4 mobilità lunghe studenti + 16 brevi
- Richiesta di accreditamento KA120.
Dimensione europea personale scolastico:
- Job-shadowing 6 docenti
- 4 mobilità formative staff
- Mentoring peer-to-peer con scuole partner spagnole/portoghesi/olandesi.

IIS G. Carducci in Cassino received approval in June 2025 for the Erasmus+ project “New Skills and New Languages” under the Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza (PNRR), funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU (PNRR_2023-1-IT02-KA122-SCH-000144428).
The project is structured around the following objectives:
1. To promote bilingualism by improving English language outcomes;
2. To enhance analytical and synthesis skills;
3. To strengthen the digital competences (ICT) of teachers and students and to further develop laboratory-based teaching approaches in line with the PNRR School 4.0 actions.
These objectives aim to foster increasingly inclusive teaching practices that promote social cohesion and local impact through:
1. the inclusion of disadvantaged learners (students with disabilities, specific learning disorders – SLD, and special educational needs – SEN);
2. Civic Education.
The project was designed and implemented in accordance with the fundamental principles of NextGenerationEU:
- Gender equality
- Empowerment of young people
- Reduction of regional disparities.
The PNRR funding will strategically strengthen our Institute’s Erasmus+ programme through:
Modernisation:
- Adoption of Erasmus+ and PNRR management platforms
- Teacher training on KA120–KA122 project design
- Expansion of a structured Erasmus+ Team.
Internationalisation:
- Launch of eTwinning project planning
- 4 long-term student mobilities + 16 short-term mobilities
- Application for KA120 accreditation.
European dimension of school staff:
- Job shadowing for 6 teachers
- 4 staff training mobilities
- Peer-to-peer mentoring with partner schools in Spain, Portugal, and Netherlands.
